ServSafe® Food Handler

The ServSafe Food Handler is an online course that provides a brief overview of five key areas of food safety:
  • Basic Food Safety
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-contamination & Allergens
  • Time & Temperature
  • Cleaning & Sanitation
Food Handler is a great training tool for new employees, such as servers and line cooks. Please note that Food Handler does not meet the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture's food safety certification requirements. Only the ServSafe® Manger course satisfies those requirement.
