The Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association is seeking an Engagement & Event Manager to drive growth and engagement within Pennsylvania’s restaurant, hotel, and tourism sectors.
About This Role
In this dynamic position, you’ll:
- Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders
- Plan and execute member events and activities that enhance engagement
- Collaborate with members to understand and meet their needs
- Travel across Pennsylvania to attend events and meetings (remote/hybrid work available but in-person attendance is required at events and meetings)
This position reports to the CEO and plays a vital part in supporting PRLA’s mission to promote, protect, and improve Pennsylvania’s hospitality and tourism industries.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Salary: $62,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience
- Paid time off

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for events
- Familiarity with event contracts and hospitality services
- Background in event planning, fundraising, or guest services preferred
