The 2025 Annual Conference will be November 10 – 12 at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. Registration opens in late spring. The Spirit of Hospitality Awards Gala honors exceptional members of the association and the greater hospitality industry for their leadership, commitment, and service to the industry and their communities.

Advocacy & Education: Shaping the Future of Hospitality

From strategic leadership discussions to fostering the next generation of hospitality talent, this two-day event focuses on building a stronger future for hospitality in Pennsylvania. This year’s event takes place February 26 & 27 in State College.

Day 1 at the iconic Bryce Jordan Center is all about leadership in action, with important discussions that set the course for our Association’s future.

Day 2 moves to the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center and shines a spotlight on the future of our industry as we celebrate the 11th annual PA ProStart Student Invitational.

After registering, PRLA’s team will schedule meetings with your elected state representatives and senators. You’ll participate in a pre-meeting briefing to prepare for meaningfull discussions. At the Capitol, you’ll share your insights on key policy areas.

Good legislation begins with good lawmakers. Proceeds from the PRLA Golf Classic support political action and advocacy funds, as well as the National Restaurant Association Restaurant Advocacy Fund. These funds are used to educate lawmakers on the issues and challenges facing the restaurant and hospitality industry in Pennsylvania and across the country. Treat yourself, your customers, or your employees to a fine day of golf on one of Pennsylvania’s premiere golf courses, while supporting your industry.
