ServSafe Manager Certification
ServSafe Manager Certification is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and satisfies the “person in charge” requirement. PRLA, through our partner HRFoodSafe, regularly holds ServSafe Manager Certification classes and exams throughout Pennsylvania.

ServSafe Alcohol
New hires who are considered alcohol service personnel must complete RAMP Server/Seller training within 6 months.
ServSafe Alcohol is approved by the PLCB for Server/Seller training. PRLA members receive a 20% discount on each registration. Employees receive a dual certificate.
