Comprehensive Training Options with ServSafe®

Priority Certifications (required by Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and PLCB) ServSafe Food Safety Manager’s Certification. The ServSafe® Manager Certification is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and satisfies the “person in charge” requirement. Certificates are valid for five years. In-person and online classes, as well as retesting options are provided by PRLA’s partner HRFoodSafe. The in-person classes run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., feature live instruction to review key content, and include the exam.

ServSafe Manager Certificate

ServSafe Alcohol now qualifies for RAMP Server/Seller training. Get two certifications for the price of one. PRLA members get a 20% discount on each registration for this online course.

Alcohol service personnel (bartenders, servers, security) whose primary responsibility is to ascertain the age of individuals who are attempting to enter a licensed premises must complete RAMP Server/Seller training within 6 months of being hired.
